All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at info@locmiracleco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • A short description of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are final.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Loc Miracle Co. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number for resolution.
